He's an experienced CEO of 15 years and was voted a leader of the year in the 2021 CEO Today Awards. Cyclic Diagnostics will utilise Michael's commercial skills, diagnostics leadership experience and deep healthcare sector knowledge to help drive the scale-up and performance of the business. He was previously founder and CTO at Mint Diagnostics developing new in vitro diagnostics solutions for IVF clinics and is a passionate about applying new technologies to deliver better health outcomes. Aura Fertility, a cutting-edge fertility tech SaaS solution, empowers clinics to deliver enhanced whole-person care. The success of Aura led to its acquisition by IBSA Pharmaceutical in early 2024. Abi's innovative work on Aura Fertility earned her the prestigious Innovate UK Women in Innovation Award.
